Policy

Check-in: check-in 2 pm. Check-out: 12 am.

Credit cards accepted: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners, JCB.

Special rates: rates are net, based on availability and applicable only on request.

Confirmation and booking guarantee: reservations must be guarantee by credit card or fax or voucher.

Cancellation Policy: reservations must be cancelled not later than 4 pm of the the day before the arrival, except where noted otherwise.
In case of non-communication or delayed communication the rate of the room will be totally debited.

Due penalty in case of cancelling of a booking: from the 90 th to the 61 st day before check in the 50% of the reservations can be cancelled without penalty. From the 60 th to the 31 st day before check in the 25% of the reservations can be cancelled without penalty. From the 30 th to the 15 th day before check in the 10% of the reservations can be cancelled without penalty. From the 14 th to the 8 th day before check in the 5% of the reservations can be cancelled without penalty. From the 7 th to the check in day reservations are confirmed and the penalty amount to the full price.

Due caution: the 10% to the confirmation and the 20% 60 days before the event.
