Al Serro" Restaurant, which takes its name from the ancient area where the Hotel is built, can accommodate up to 250 people and is also opened to general public.
The restaurant, particulary bright thanks to the wide crystal façade, has a large terrace that, during the summer, becomes the ideal place for romantic dinners, open-air aperitifs, business lunches or parties up to 400 people.

The high level of the cuisine, the experience of the chef, inspired by Ligurian and Genoese traditional cookery, - with a particular consideration for Valpolcevera’s products - and by international cuisine, and the care in the selection of the ingredients, are the distinctive features of “Al Serro” Restaurant.
